Admin Oversight is a key feature within Qualee’s Segment module, designed to give Lead Administrators full visibility and control over the data access and restrictions assigned to regular administrators on the platform.
Admin Oversight allows Lead Administrators to manage and monitor user permissions, ensuring sensitive employee data is only accessible to authorized individuals. It enhances data security, supports compliance with privacy regulations, and prevents unauthorized access. By providing visibility into access decisions made of all administrators in the Qualee platform, it improves transparency, reduces the risk of errors, and promotes a more structured and accountable approach to data management. Ultimately, it strengthens governance and fosters a secure, efficient HR environment.
To access Admin Oversight
Log in to the Qualee Console as a Lead Administrator
Navigate to Advanced > Segments > Admin Oversight

Note: By default, Standard Administrators only have access to employees reporting directly to them, as well as specific segments assigned by the Lead Administrator, such as location, team, department, or individual employees. In contrast, Lead Administrators have access to all data across the platform.
