In this article, you will learn the default behavior of user access types by the following role types:
Admins (Lead Administrator)
Employee and data
By default, all employees, regular and smart custom segments
By default, all employee data including reports and Journey data

All content created by the Lead admin themselves, including Standard Administrators and Managers content.
Admins (Standard Administrator)
Employee and data
By default, only people reporting to them
Additional Georestriction settings may be applied, and when enabled, limits the employee access to people who belongs to the same location value.
Additional employee or segments may be added via Employee access settings and Dynamic Custom Segment assignment.
Employee and Journey data are limited based on the assignments above (only people they have access to)

Managers (Primary or Secondary)
Employee and data
By default, only people reporting to them
Georestriction settings do not apply for Managers
