In Qualee, custom questions and drivers are designed to create tailored engagement questionnaires, helping companies gain deeper insights into specific areas of employee engagement.

Custom eNPS question scores can be found in most of Qualee's comprehensive reporting tools.

Heatmap Report > Custom Questionnaires

Boards Report > Custom Questionnaires

Important note:

Custom question scores are currently excluded from some Engagement reports such as Engagement Dashboard to ensure the breakdown reflects engagement sentiment based on Qualee’s prebuilt psychological drivers.
