Qualee Engage offers multiple Survey Frequency options to suit your needs.

Below is a quick glossary for your reference:

Survey Cycle: Refers to the entire Survey period/duration.

Survey Round: Refers to the segmented distribution of an entire Survey Cycle.

Survey Frequency: Refers to the frequency type on when a survey questions will be distributed.

Survey Period: Refers to the date on when a survey starts and ends.

Choose the Survey Frequency That Fits Your Culture and Cadence Our 11-week survey cycles are designed to give you flexibility, continuous insight, and a better employee experience—without the survey fatigue of outdated once- or twice-a-year survey models. Each option balances depth, timing, and engagement.

Below is a summary of all Survey Frequency options in Qualee:

Weekly (11-week cycle, 4 questions per week)

Weekly surveys offer a lightweight, continuous feedback loop that helps organizations stay ahead of emerging challenges and reinforce trust through consistent employee listening—while avoiding the fatigue of bulky, infrequent annual surveys.

Ideal for fast-paced, dynamic organizations where real-time sentiment tracking is critical—such as startups, tech companies, or teams undergoing rapid change. Weekly pulse surveys allow leaders to detect early signals and make agile, incremental improvements.

Fortnightly (11-week cycle, 8 questions per fortnight)

Fortnightly surveys create a steady rhythm for feedback that sustains engagement and reveals actionable trends—minimizing disruption and preventing the burnout caused by traditional once-a-year survey dumps

Suited for teams that need regular insights without over-surveying—such as mid-sized companies or organizations with multiple departments at varying maturity levels. Strikes a balance between engagement and survey fatigue.

Monthly (11-week cycle, 20 questions per month)

Monthly surveys deliver comprehensive insights that align with business review cycles, empowering leaders to take meaningful action—without overwhelming employees like lengthy annual surveys often do.

Best for organizations that want a more in-depth snapshot of employee experience each month—such as enterprises aligning people strategies with business cycles or monthly operations reviews.

Quarterly (All 46 questions, 11 weeks to complete)

Quarterly surveys provide a thorough organizational health check at strategic intervals, delivering full-spectrum insight while still occurring frequently enough to prevent the survey fatigue seen with once-a-year assessments.

Designed for traditional organizations, compliance-driven industries, or executive-led cultures that prefer deep-dive assessments in one go—such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.

Single Survey (2-week cycle, 46 questions at once)

The Single Survey format offers a fast, all-inclusive snapshot of employee experience—best used for benchmarking or milestone events, with follow-up cycles helping to prevent fatigue by replacing outdated one-off survey models.

Perfect for first-time assessments, annual certification readiness, or organizations that want a one-time deep dive—particularly useful for M&A due diligence, board reporting, or leadership transitions.
