*Journey Sequence Participant | {participant.name} |
*Note:
{participant.name} works only when a Single Journey is part of a Journey Sequence. It does not work if the Single Journey is sent as a direct invitation. In short, the participant value appears only when a Single Journey is used within a sequence.
Example:
A Journey Sequence has 3 Journeys:
J1 – Assigned to Employee
J2 – Assigned to Employee’s Manager
J3 – Assigned to Employee
In this case, the sequence is assigned to the Employee (the Journey invitee). Since J2 is for the Manager, the {participant.name}
token in J2’s introduction text will display the Employee’s name—making it clear who the Manager is completing the Journey for.
