What is Qualee-as-a-Service (QaaS)?

Qualee-as-a-Service is our fully managed service designed to boost the operational efficiency of your Qualee solution. This service is delivered exclusively by trained and certified Qualee team members with extensive experience in managing the platform.

Our team follows strict security measures and compliance protocols to safeguard data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.


How it Works

The Qualee team becomes an extension of your workforce, managing and/or operating your Qualee environment.

  • Submitting Requests: Clients send requests via a dedicated email address.

  • Quality Assurance: All requests are logged and tracked.

  • Credit Model: QaaS runs on a credit-based system, as support activities vary in complexity.

  • Credit Packs:

    • 1 pack = 50 credits = USD 5,000

    • Unused credits automatically roll over to the next subscription year.
