Upload eForms in Qualee

This article is created to describe how to manage and create eForms in Qualee.

If you haven't integrated your SignNow account to your Qualee account, please take a moment to read this article.

If you have an existing document or template (i.e. NDA, Contracts, Employee Information forms), we made it simple for you to upload them in Qualee.

Uploading your eForms.

  • Step 1: Log in to your Qualee account

  • Step 2: Navigate to Tools > Forms (Integrate your SignNow account if necessary)

  • Step 3: In the Forms page, click on Documents > Create > Template then select Upload

  • Step 4: Locate and upload your document from your local device

  • Step 5: Once upload is successful, a pop-up screen will be presented. In this view please ensure that the recipient name is "Signer 1"

    Note: Misspelled "Signer 1" name may result to some connectivity issues between Qualee and your form.

  • Step 6: Click on "Start editing fields"

  • Step 7: Apply fillable content fields accordingly

  • Step 8: Ensure that all fields applied are assigned to the "Signer 1" role.

  • Step 9: Click Save and Invite, and you will be directed to the Invitation page.


Important note: Do not send an invitation from here. Simply exit the page or navigate to Journeys or Actions to distribute your form.

Import DocuSign Forms

If you are a previous user of DocuSign, SignNow offers an option to instantly migrate your forms. To do this, simply follow the steps below:
