Login to the Qualee Console using your admin credentials

Choose on "Tools" in the left hand side of the page

Choose "Quizzes"
​

Choose "Create Quiz"

Give your new survey a title and choose "Add first question"

Start adding Questions

When done, you can "Save as draft" and "Publish" quiz to ensure it can now be used in Journeys.
