Scheduling options for deploying Journey's to employees

Qualee provides powerful control for deploying Journey's to employees.

Option One - Deploying a Journey by Employee. This is done at Employee creation

  1. Login to the Qualee Console

Choose Advanced from the left hand side pane, then Employees and Add Employee

3. Choose a Journey from the drop down list. The selected Journey will be deployed automatically when the the employee logs in to the Qualee App.

Option Two - Deploying a Journey and Journey Steps from within a Journey. This option provides granular control of when an Journey and the steps within it are deployed to an employee

  1. Login to the Qualee Console

Choose Tools, Journeys and then select the Journey you wish to edit using the "..." ellipsis and choose Edit.

2. Choose the first step in the Journey and click on Available immediately after previous step

3. You will be presented with an Available box and a drop down for before and after start date. Simply choose days before or after start date you want the the first step in the Journey (and therefore the Journey) to be deployed to all employees invited to the Journey you are editing.

4. Choose the next step in the Journey. You will see the Available immediately after previous step button. You can again click on it and follow the previous step to control timing, or simply leave it as is and this step will be available immediately after the previous step is completed by the employee.

Note, you can do this for each step in any Journey.
