Disabling an employee record may be done for a variety of reasons e.g.;

  1. Their preboarding or onboarding may have been affected by their start date changing and you wish to suspend their experience

  2. They are on long service or maternity leave

Disabling an employee record does not mean that data (file uploads, quizzes, surveys, etc.) they have provided during a Journey or Action is lost. This data can be accessed in the usual way. No anonymous information provided during Engagement Surveys is lost and this Engagement data will still be utilized in Engagement Reports.

How to Disable an Employee Record

Select Advanced tab

Click on Employees and click on "..." next to the employee to be disabled and choose Disable. To re-enable an employee, simply reverse the procedure.
