Today, most companies often send information and announcements via email, SMS, or social media platforms, and a very small portion still use physical announcement boards posted along office hallways, pantries, or where employees can easily find them.

The challenge in these methods, especially in emails or SMS, is that they are often ignored or "buried" amongst other emails and SMS messages which leads to employees missing important information.

Qualee uses an encrypted messaging feature that allows organisations to communicate important information or make urgent announcements. Messages are sent directly to the employee's mobile phone or tablet device where the Qualee App is installed.

Unlike the other methods, messages come in as a push notification on the employee's device which when clicked will prompt their device to open the Qualee App where employees can read the full message and reply (where appropriate).

Additionally, Qualee administrators can send message notifications by segments such as location, department, teams, managers, gender, age, or employment phase in real-time - saving tremendous amounts of time.

Qualee administrators may include links or attachments i.e. multimedia files, .docx, CSV, .pptx, PDF, and several other supported file formats.

As the Message Notifications is a no-reply feature, recipients may opt to use the standard messaging feature to send a one-to-one message and communicate to an available administrator regarding the notification received.

The Messages sent via Qualee are fully encrypted with the latest AES 256 encryption algorithm.
