The Qualee Messaging tool is a Real-Time Messaging feature available on Pro Subscription plans or to Custom plan subscribers with Messaging module included.
The Qualee Messaging tool provides an encrypted messaging capability between your employees and key staff i.e HR coordinators, Managers, or Administrators.
Administrator and Managers may access their Qualee Messaging inbox via the web console or through their mobile/tablet devices where the Qualee app is installed.
While employees can access their Qualee Messaging inbox only through their mobile/tablet devices with the Qualee App.
The Qualee Messaging feature can be used in four different use cases:
One-to-one messages between employees and managers/administrators.
One-to-one messages between employees to another employee with access to the Qualee app.
Employees may send anonymous messages to the pre-assigned Qualee Whistleblowing Administrator/s.
Send/Receive Notification Messages from Qualee Administrators or Managers
In all use cases, all messages are encrypted with the latest AES-256 encryption algorithm, and employees, managers, or administrators may include an attachment of multi-media files and many other supporting documents in various file formats. i.e. PDF, docx, .csv etc.
