Regardless if that's preboarding, onboarding, offboarding or a learning journey, it is critical for companies to monitor if employees are on track, especially from the very beginning of their journey in the company. Monitoring progress and sending reminders are important capabilities that are also easy completed from the Qualee Console.

As an administrator, your objective should be to maximise employee engagement with the Journeys you publish.

From the moment employees are invited to a Journey, an automated push notification reminder is triggered on their mobile devices promoting engagement.

If you'd like to do more, Qualee provides a mechanism to execute bulk actions, from sending reminders to restarting Journeys, removing employees, and downloading employee submitted information instantly.

Applying Filters

Filter employees in a journey based on any of the following information:

  • By name

  • By role/department/team

  • By gender

  • By join period, through their start date in the company

  • When they last accessed the journey

  • By journey completion date

  • By journey progress status

  • By their manager

Note: You can add multiple conditions at the same time for a more granular filter.

Once you've identified the correct filters in the Journey, you can select specific employees or Select All then execute a bulk action from any of the following options below:

  • Restart Journey for all selected employees

  • Download responses from all selected employees

  • Send completion reminder to all selected employees

  • Remove selected employees from their assigned Journey

Lastly, you may also opt to see a real-time overview on how many employees are in a specific step in a Journey and who will be starting next by going to Dashboard > Journeys and selecting the specific Journey in the drop-down menu.
