Employee segments allow Qualee administrators to identify employees groups that vary depending on every organisation structure.
In Qualee, Employee segments are not only designed to identify or divide employees into groups, but to also give Qualee administrators the control in distributing tasks and information from various Journeys to ad-hoc actions, events, message notifications, eNPS, and many more.
Creating Employee Segments
Select Advanced
then click on Employee segments
Choose a segment category on the left side then click on Add new
At the moment, you may choose to add new segments in the following Segment categories:
Add Location Preview
Add Department Preview
Add Team Preview
Add Gender Preview
While Manager, Age, and Employment Phase categories are automatically filled by the system when the following criterias are met:
Managers - when an Qualee user is given a Manager permission
Age - based on the employee record
Employment phase - based on the employee record

Manager Subordinates Preview
Age Segments Preview
Age Segments Detailed Preview
Employment Phase Segment Preview
Employment Phase Segment Detailed Preview
Tip: You may also create a Location, Department, Team and Gender segment directly in the Employee Creation/Record Page by clicking on the + sign in the Segmentation section as shown below:
Either way, you can create as many Segments as needed.
Teams may also be used as sub-departments to a Department or for any unique segmentation purposes.
