Overview
Qualee Engage allows companies to Automate, Listen, Analyse, and Act on employee sentiment in real-time. Each driver of engagement and questionnaire in Qualee are pre-configured based on decades of workplace psychology research, which can be distributed in a bite-sized fashion or be scheduled on a frequency that's relevant to your organization.
Anonymized employee feedback are collected in real-time and converted into actionable insights that's viewable and comparable in various reporting formats.
This saves your company hundreds of hours in researching the right questions to ask, and manually analyzing data.
Creating a Custom Question
In the Qualee Console, navigate to Advanced > Custom Questions
Click on Add Question and Create a Question name
In the Description add your custom question then click save.
Once the Custom Questions are created, they will be added in the Engagement Questions list with a toggle switch. Once switched on, it will automatically be distributed in the next eNPS cycle along with the a selection of the other Engagement drivers selected.
Translating Custom Questions in Qualee
In Qualee, companies have the option to translate the custom question created in any of the supported languages of Qualee.
To translate a Custom Questions please follow the operational procedure below:
Go to Advanced > Custom Questions
Choose the driver you wish to translate by clicking on the ellipsis button found on the right side of the screen
In the language list section, select the language applicable to your company.
To convert the Question name, click on the Translate Automatically button in grey, underneath the Name field.
To convert the Question description, click on the Translate Automatically button in grey underneath the Description field.
Once you've decided on which part of the custom question you wish to convert, click Save Translation and repeat the steps for the other languages as required.
And that's it! Whenever an employee is taking their eNPS survey and have switched their mobile app to a different language, questions are automatically translated based on their selected mobile app language.
Associating Company Values into the Engagement Questionnaires
Each organisation has its own Values and having a clear set of values helps your employees understand what you stand for thus providing guidance for employees at work when it comes to security, making decisions, and achieving the company's vision and goals. Qualee enables organizations to associate their Values in eNPS Questionnaires to align expectations and measure how they feel about the company's set standards.
To associate your Company Values in the Engagement questionnaires, simply follow the same procedures as to creating a custom question.
