How to restrict employee user access in Qualee

Every company has different organisational structures that are specific to meeting the their internal and customer needs.

The ability for companies to effectively control the distribution of content and communication improves data privacy and maximises productivity through efficiency.

Qualee provides powerful capabilities to restrict company content and actions:

Messages

Limit the number of people who can send and receive messages by Location, Department or Team.

  • Restrict Employees Messaging by Location

  • Restrict Employee Messaging by Department

  • Restrict Employee Messaging by Team

Company Directory

Limit the number of people that can be seen in the company directory by Location, Department or Team.

  • Restrict Directory by Location

  • Restrict Directory by Department

  • Restrict Directory by Team

How to Restrict Messages or Directory by segment in Qualee

  1. Login to the Qualee Console

  2. Navigate to Advanced > User Access > Employees

  3. Toggle switches according to your requirement/s

Hint: Restriction of Directory by Location, Department or Team will automatically restrict the Messaging capabilities of the segment selected.
