Manager and Secondary Managers in Qualee

This article is created for new and existing Qualee clients.

Whether you are using Qualee for X-boarding, Learning, or Engagement, you have the option to delegate tasks between Administrator(s) and Manager(s).

Creating Manager(s) in Qualee

  1. Navigate to Advanced > User Access

  2. Select Managers

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and key-in the name of the existing Qualee user you wish to give a manager permission

Once done, scroll back up on the same page and configure the permissions you wish to allow for your manager(s) accordingly.

Qualee users who are given a Manager access can now be associated to any employees by navigating to the employee's profile individually or in bulk via .CSV

Method 1: Assigning Manager(s) to an employee record:

  1. Navigate to Advanced > Employees

  2. Select an employee record

  3. In the employee record page, scroll down to the bottom and assign the Manager(s) accordingly.

  4. To search for a manager's name, key in the first 3 letters of their first or last name.

  5. Click Save changes to save your work.

Method 2: Assigning Manager(s) via .CSV Employee Upload Template (new users only)

  1. In the employee upload template navigate to Column I (Manager)

  2. Key-in the email address of the manager to a respective employee

  3. Upload your .CSV file via Advanced > Employee > Add Employee

Note: Associating Managers and Secondary Managers via CSV Employee Upload Template only works for new employees.
