In Qualee, you may choose to add Internal and External links to for various use cases such as:
Adding shortcut links to your Content Library for employee use i.e Link to another software application, company website, social media pages, groups/forums etc.
Adding internal/external links for Journey use
Whether you are uploading internal/external links in the Library for employee reference or journey use, every link created will contain a favicon* which makes it easier for users to identify what the link is for.
* favicon, short for favorite icon, is a tiny image that identifies and distinguishes a particular website or webpage from others.
