Celebrating Employee Anniversary as a part of a company's culture helps boost employee engagement and motivation in the workplace. It also serves as a reminder for the employee about their good times spent in the company.

In Qualee, we make it easier for clients to deliver engagement by automatically sending push notifications to remind the Qualee administrators and/or managers about the employee's birthday or work anniversaries.

Once the push notification is clicked, Qualee admins are redirected to Qualee's messaging feature to initiate a conversation with the celebrant.
