Once an eNPS survey response is collected in Qualee, responses are translated into actionable insights via the form of various Qualee reporting types which includes:

Data can also be seen at a high-level via the Home screen Dashboard

Engagement survey data are collected and can be retained for up to 7 years as per our Data Retention Policy, or depending on the licensing agreement terms.

However, companies may also choose to configure how long they wish to retain an employee eNPS data in their Qualee environment.
