In Qualee, our clients have the option to interpret their eNPS employee scores.
Client can choose either of the two:
Average
eNPS
By default, scores in the Reports and Dashboard are displayed by Average scores.

Should you wish to change the default to eNPS, you may do so by:
Login to the Qualee Console
Navigate to Advanced > Data Control > Drivers
Choose your default preference in displaying eNPS scores
