eNPS Default Engagement Score

How to configure the default eNPS engagement score settings in Qualee

In Qualee, our clients have the option to interpret their eNPS employee scores.
Client can choose either of the two:

  1. Average

  2. eNPS

By default, scores in the Reports and Dashboard are displayed by Average scores.

Should you wish to change the default to eNPS, you may do so by:

  1. Login to the Qualee Console

  2. Navigate to Advanced > Data Control > Drivers

  3. Choose your default preference in displaying eNPS scores
