This article is applicable for both new and existing Qualee clients with Engagement featured in their plan.

We highly recommend that you read our article on eNPS and how it works before you proceed with this article.

eNPS Comment Reaction allows Qualee Administrators and/or Managers to respond to anonymous comments submitted by employees via an eNPS survey, in real-time.

The eNPS Comment Reaction is an optional capability for Manager/s, while it is a default capability for all nominated Qualee administrator/s.

Provide eNPS Comment Reaction capability to Managers:

  • Log in to Qualee as an Administrator

  • Go to Advanced > User Access > Manager > Reports

  • In the Manager Reports permissions you can choose to either:

    • Provide access to comments for the entire company

    • Provide access to comments for own team only

  • Then, toggle on the React to all comments switch to enable the reaction capabilities

Once done, each Qualee user with a Manager access can now view and react to the eNPS comments respectively.

Guide to eNPS Comment Reactions

  • To react to a submitted eNPS comment, go to Reports > Comments and locate a specific comment you wish to react to.

  • At the lower left, click React and select from the available reactions accordingly.

  • As an Administrator or a Manager, you may also choose to start a conversation by clicking on the Message at the lower right of the comment.

PS: Upon interacting with a comment, the comment owner will remain anonymous while the administrator and/or manager will be identified.

  • Admin and/or Manager may create notes and tag other respective Admins/Managers on a specific comment note.

Why consider using this Qualee feature

  1. Improve Engagement: Paying attention to employee sentiments demonstrates values, respect, foster a sense of belonging and engagement among your people. Engaged employees are more likely to be productive, motivated, and committed to their work, leading to higher overall performance.

  2. Increase Retention: Addressing employee sentiments contributes to a higher employee retention rate. When employees feel heard and their concerns are taken seriously, they are more likely to stay with the company rather than seek opportunities elsewhere.

  3. Morale and Motivation: Positive employee sentiments contribute to a positive work environment and higher employee morale. When employees feel that their opinions and emotions matter, they are more motivated to contribute their best efforts thus lead to an increased productivity, creativity, and collaboration among team members.

  4. Identification of Issues: Paying attention to employee sentiments can provide valuable insights into potential issues within the company. It allows management to identify and address problems early on, preventing them from escalating and negatively impacting the overall work environment. By proactively addressing employee concerns, companies can foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

  5. Innovation and Problem-Solving: Actively seeking and incorporating employee feedback can spur innovation and problem-solving within the organization. Employees on the front lines often have valuable insights and ideas that can lead to process improvements, new product/service developments, and enhanced customer experiences. By reacting to employee sentiments, companies can tap into this collective wisdom and drive innovation.

  6. Company Reputation: A company that is known for valuing its employees and prioritizing their sentiments can enhance its reputation as an employer of choice. Positive employee experiences can attract top talent and help the company stand out in a competitive job market. Conversely, negative sentiments and a lack of responsiveness can harm the company's reputation, making it more difficult to attract and retain skilled professionals.

In summary, reacting to employee sentiments is important in a company as it promotes employee engagement, increase retention, boost morale and motivation, and identifies and contributes to a positive company reputation. By creating a work environment that is inclusive and supported, companies can cultivate a happier and more productive workforce.
