How reports and Initiatives work in Qualee

This article is designed for both new and existing Qualee clients.

Qualee allows companies to gather real-time sentiment and insights to quickly determine specific areas of opportunities for improvement.

Qualee gives you automated, intelligent, actionable and centralised employee feedback processes that maximise insights. Survey results can be visualised in various formats that help determine where employees think things are going well and what specifically could be improved. Datasets are then tracked over time, allowing consideration for both snapshot insights and trend assessments.

What are the types of reports in Qualee?

Preview: Engagement Dashboard
A snapshot of what's going on within your organisation, from understanding employee sentiment percentages to progress over time and amount of participation by company or by teams.

Preview: Boards

Boards provide a collective view of engagement drivers by your preferred segment. This makes is easy to compare engagement between segments such as locations, gender or tenure.


Preview: Heatmap

Heatmaps allow for visual detection of opportunities and strengths by your company’s defined segments. Scoring can be displayed by either eNPS or Average.


Preview: Comments

Text responses to questions in the Engagement Survey will appear in this section. Results are displayed within 24 hours of comments being submitted.


Preview: Topics

Qualee uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to detect and sort common topics, per engagement driver, from comments to engagement surveys.

Qualee uses psychological drivers of engagement based on decades of research in workplace psychology. View each Driver's trend over time and identify where to focus on improvements.


What is Qualee's Initiative feature?

Initiative is a tool built for Administrators and Managers to to let employees know that they’ve been heard and what the company is specifically doing to improve their experience.

Initiatives give you the opportunity to address specific engagement feedback from your employees. Once created, Initiatives will be visible to your employees in the Qualee App, so they know what the company is intending to improve.


When is the best time to use Qualee's Initiatives?

Initiatives are commonly used after analysing your employees' sentiment generated through eNPS surveys and reports presented in a form of various report options such as Heatmap, Boards, Comments & Reactions, Topics and Engagement Drivers.

How to create Initiatives

There are multiple ways to create Initiatives in the Qualee Console

Standard Method

  1. Log in to the Qualee Console

  2. Click on Advanced > Scroll down to the eNPS section

  3. Click on Initiatives


Create Initiative based directly on an Engagement Driver

Qualee Dashboard > Latest Comments Chart > Click on the Engagement Driver name


Qualee Reports > Heatmap > Click on the Driver name at the Header column


Qualee Reports > Comments > Click on the Engagement Driver name
