What is Engagement Survey Participants Export and when is it useful?
Though Engagement Survey responses are completely anonymous, it is possible to export a list of participants in any Active or Inactive Engagement Survey for the sole purpose of data storing, documentation, participation tracking or simply creating participant infographics.
Note: Only Participant Information i.e. name, department, team, and location, are exported and does not contain any survey responses or any indication that a participant has responded to the associated survey.
To export Engagement Survey participants
Login to the Qualee Console
Navigate to Advanced > Scheduling
Locate the Engagement Survey
Next to the Engagement Survey, click on the ellipsis and select View employees
In the pop-up box, click on the Ellipsis at the upper right, and select Export employees
