The Participation Confidence Level in Qualee is based on tiered percentages that represents how accurate and true your collected employee feedback are over a period of time.
With the Confidence Level, your company can make a sound and timely decisions and create initiatives in addressing the employee sentiment identified through Qualee.
How Confidence Level works in Qualee
High: Participation rate is >75%
Medium: Participation rate is between 40-74%
Low: Participation rate is <40%
Tip: When the confidence level is Low, it indicates that the participation rate is also low, and you may check the participation score for each Scheduled Engagement Survey by navigating to Advanced > Scheduling to determine which scheduled Engagement Survey requires attention.
Tip: Use the Notification feature in Messaging to send a reminder to the employee segment associated with the survey that requires attention.
