What are the available Engagement Drivers in Qualee and how the Heatmap works

This article is intended for both new and existing Qualee clients.

In this article you will learn on how to display specific Engagement Drivers when reviewing data in Qualee's Heatmap report.

If you are not yet familiar with Qualee's reporting features, we highly recommend that you read this article before you proceed.

What is an Engagement driver?

An "engagement driver" in the workplace refers to an element that significantly influences or contributes to the level of engagement that employees have with their work, their colleagues, and the organization as a whole.

Employee engagement is crucial for organizational success, as engaged employees tend to be more productive, committed, and satisfied with their jobs.

Qualee uses psychological drivers of engagement based on decades of research in workplace psychology. Each driver are unique and some may include sub-drivers.

What is a Heatmap?

Heatmaps allow for visual detection of opportunities and strengths by your company’s defined segments. Scoring can be displayed by either eNPS or Average.

How Engagement Drivers work in Heatmaps?

By default, the data in Heatmaps are displayed in real-time, depending on the survey distribution frequency and Data control settings (minimum response control) scores will be displayed accordingly.

Qualee offers the option to display a specific Engagement driver, to allow your team to focus on a specific question hence create an action plan and initiative to address immediate concerns.

To control the Engagement Driver display in the Qualee Heatmap Report:

  1. Log in to Qualee.

  2. Navigate to Reports > Heatmap

  3. On the upper right, click on the Show / Hide menu then tick the box for "Driver"

  4. A pop-up will appear displaying all the list of Engagement Drivers available.

  5. Select / Unselect each respective drivers accordingly then click Save.

Important Note:

You can choose to display a Main Driver and a Sub-driver, a Main driver only or a Sub-driver only. Regardless, the Column heading for each Engagement driver will be displaying the Main Driver's name only. If a Main driver is unselected, and a Sub-driver is selected, the displayed column heading name will be in grey text. Refer to the screenshot below.
