Introduction to Journeys

Have you ever heard of the saying "the first impression, is the last impression."?

Journeys makes it easier for HR champions to automate repetitive tasks and eliminate redundancies caused by manual processes.

Creating a Journey

  • Login to the Qualee Console and visit Tools

  • Select Journey, then choose Create journey

  • Next, click on Add first step

  • Choose the type of step you wish to create

  • Name your step

  • Input the number of days on when you want this step to be made available for your employees, either before or after their start date

  • Upload a header image (optional)

  • Add a descriptive message inside the introduction text box

  • Click Save step

  • Click on Add new step and repeat the process

Note: Content will vary depending on the type of step you wish to create

  1. Text - Show a snippet of text to employees

  2. File - Add any file from your library, including multimedia files

  3. Form - Create and share forms to be filled and signed by employees

  4. Headshot photo - Ask employees to take or upload a photo of themselves

  5. Survey - Show a survey step to gather employee feedback or preference

  6. Quiz - Engage and test the understanding of your employees

  7. ID Verification - Ask employees to upload ID photos and get them verified via Qualee's A.I verification tool. (Supports 2,000+ ID types in over 130 countries)

  8. Upload - Ask employees to upload files directly from their app

Optional Steps

In some instance a step may not be applicable for an employee, i.e. Marriage Certificate, Dependents Identification Documents, etc. so we've made it possible to make any step that collects information to be optional. To make a step skippable, simply toggle on the Step is optional toggle switch next to the step name.

Note: By default all Qualee steps are not skippable, this allows you to provide a consistent experience and structure to everyone going through a Journey.

Tip: Always click Save as draft every time you save a step, so you do not lose any unsaved work.

  • Once you've created all of the steps necessary, click on Publish Journey.

  • Invite your employees individually by name, or in bulk by department, gender, or location.

  • You can monitor the progress of your staff by viewing the Dashboard, then Journeys.

  • A snapshot view of their progress can also be seen by clicking See Journey.
