App Content Access & Sharing Controls

Restricting screen recording, downloading, printing, and other forms of content capture is essential because workplace apps often contain sensitive information such as intellectual property, client data, compliance training, or internal processes that can be exposed if copied or shared outside the organization. Content should only be shared in ways that support learning, collaboration, and productivity not duplicated or distributed without control. Unauthorized capture creates risks including data leaks, competitive loss, regulatory breaches, and reputational harm.

By enforcing safeguards like content sharing controls, organizations minimize these risks while ensuring employees access and use content securely and as intended. Beyond protection, this approach reinforces compliance, strengthens trust with clients and regulators, and safeguards the company’s investment in knowledge and innovation.

Hint: This is a company-wide configuration, meaning all employees will have the same sharing controls, except for Lead Administrators.
