What is Employee-level Journey management
The ability to manage individual employees who are invited to specific Journeys or Journey sequences, allowing admins to adjust, or update Journey participation at the employee level.
Employee-level Journey management allows administrators to personalize experiences, adjust schedules, fast-track progress, download data or add and remove Journeys as needed—without affecting others. An employee may be part of multiple Journeys or Sequences based on the company’s structure, and some may require special arrangements, such as accelerated onboarding to meet specific goals
Sample Use Case
Fast-Tracking Onboarding: A key hire needs to ramp up quickly, so admins shorten their onboarding Journey by focusing only on essential modules.
Customized Development: An employee moving into a leadership role is assigned an additional Journey for management training without affecting their ongoing tasks.
Compliance Alignment: A team member in a regulated role is given a specific compliance Journey to meet urgent audit requirements.
To Manage an individual's Journey
Log in to your Qualee console
Navigate to Advanced > Employees and locate the employee you'd like to configure, alternatively you can use the Global search to find any specific individual
In the employee's record, click on Manage Journeys
Apply changes to the assigned Journeys accordingly
Hint:
Adjusting an assigned Journey’s schedule—by moving it up, pushing it back, or setting a specific date—will override its original step schedule. For example, if Microlearning was set to unlock 30 days after the start date, it may instead become available immediately, earlier, or later depending on your configuration. You can manage assigned Journeys either individually or in bulk.
