Journey Tokens
With Journey tokens, you can personalise your content in every step of the journeys created in Qualee. Whether for preboarding, onboarding, learning or offboarding, personalisation can increase the engagement of your employees undertaking any Journey.
How personalisation token works in Qualee
Journey tokens represents property values for Employee records which include: first name, last name, job title, start date, birthdays, departments, location, teams or managers.
Add Journey tokens to your content
To add journey tokens to your content, simply copy the specific tokens as shown in the table below per specific employee record property in your Journey steps introduction box.
