Every company is unique in their segmentations of organisational structure, designed to meet the specific internal needs.
Some may have a simple structure while others may have a more complex structure.
This allows companies to properly segment employees based on their roles, seniority or function.
At Qualee we've made it simple for companies of any size and structure to distribute organisational knowledge and experience no matter how complex the structures are.
You can create Journeys in Qualee and invite employees by their names or by specific segment. i.e. Department, Location, Gender, or Team.
There will be cases wherein the Journey created is not necessarily meant to be distributed to everyone in a specific department, location, gender or team. Which is why we have introduced the "Exclude" feature to exclude individuals who are not required to complete that Journey.
Sample use case are:
Invite Singapore-based employees but exclude Human Resources and Female employees, this means only every department in Singapore who are male employees will be invited to a Journey
Invite Human Resources but exclude A-Team, this means that only teams in HR that do not belong in the A-team will be invited in a journey
How to exclude employees in a Journey
Login to the Qualee Console
Navigate to Tools > Journeys
Select a Journey
In the Journey page, click on Invite Employees
Key in the main segment in the Guests field
