Selecting Engagement Questions

Creating eNPS surveys begins by pre-selecting the type of questions to ask by simply switching on/off a specific engagement driver in the Engagement Questions page.

Each engagement driver selected comes with pre-defined questionnaires.

All questions are based on decades research in workplace psychology.

To modify engagement questions:

  1. Log in to the Qualee Console

  2. Navigate to Advanced > eNPS Survey > Engagement Questions

  3. Expand each driver to see sub-drivers and modify accordingly

Note: For each time you create/schedule an eNPS survey, you may choose to modify each engagement drivers that are relevant per survey cycle.

Creating/Scheduling eNPS surveys

To create eNPS surveys:

  1. Navigate to Advanced > eNPS Survey > Scheduling

  2. Click on Create Schedule

  3. Input the name of your survey cycle

  4. Add a description

  5. Choose a frequency

  6. Select a start and renewal date

    Note: Each survey cycle created contains 46 pre-defined questions that are intelligently distributed accordingly based on the frequency, start and renewal date configured. Depending on which frequency was selected, the number of questions per survey round will vary accordingly.

    i.e. 46 questions that starts in January and ends in March (3 months) and distributed on a weekly frequency: 46 questions / 3 months or 12 weeks = 3-4 questions per week

    Tip: Bite sized surveys tend to get greater participation compared to traditional annual surveys containing 70-100 questions per survey cycle.

  7. Choose and exclude a segment to determine the survey recipients accordingly.
    Sample use cases are:

    1. Send to All Employees, but exclude x Department

    2. Send to x Department, but exclude x Gender

    3. Send to x Department, but exclude x Teams

    4. Send to x Country, but exclude x Department

Viewing Participants and Engagement Drivers per eNPS Survey cycle

As described at the beginning of this article, for every survey cycle, clients have the option to modify engagement drivers, and there will be times that engagement drivers will vary depending on the type of participants i.e. department/role/rank, so we've made it possible for administrators to view the pre-defined Engagement drivers per survey cycle.

Disabling/Deleting eNPS survey cycle

Companies also have the option to disable an eNPS cycle for internal reasons or delete as required.
