Quizzes and Surveys report is a comprehensive Qualee reporting tool used to extract past, present, and future insights from collected employee responses through Quiz and/or Surveys. Data gathered allows company to accelerate their overall employee experience hence identify areas for improvement and/or support both operational and strategic level of decision-making.

Surveys report: Star rating

Respondent feedback in the form of a star rating with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest available in both bar and pie charts and segmented by Gender and Location.

Surveys report: Multiple choice

Respondent feedback in the form of a custom multiple choices available in bar and pie charts and also segmented by Gender and Location.

Surveys report: Free text response

Respondent feedback in the form of a free text, enhanced by A.I. powered keyword analysis that automatically identifies sentiment, such as positive, neutral, mixed or negative. Data is available in gauge chart, word cloud and is segmented accordingly.

Quizzes report: Multiple choice

Respondent quiz submissions in the form of a multiple choice and is available in bar chart.

Quizzes & Surveys Report may be filtered to provide a more granular data view to suit your reporting needs. To apply a filter, click on the Filter button at the upper right corner of the report window and apply all necessary conditions. You may choose to apply a single condition or a combination of multiple conditions as you required.
