This article is designed for both new and existing clients with a SCORM feature included in their Qualee plan.

Delivering learning initiatives to your people provides several benefits which effectively enhances the overall employee experience, some of these benefits include:

  1. Personal and professional skill development

  2. Career growth and advancement

  3. Performance improvement

  4. Employee Engagement

  5. Adaptability

Whether the intent of the initiative is to provide learning content during the employees' preboarding/onboarding phase, or to nurture them consistently throughout their employment, Qualee provides you with a comprehensive tool to support these initiatives.

Compatibility

Qualee supports any learning content whether it be hosted in the cloud, stored in your local computer or created through the global standard e-learning content format, SCORM.

Cloud-hosted learning content

To deliver a cloud-hosted content, simply upload the link via the Qualee Library and deliver the uploaded learning content via Action or a Journeys

Locally stored learning content

Similar to a cloud hosted content, simply upload the file from your computer to the Qualee Library and deliver the uploaded learning content via Action or a Journeys.

SCORM File

Unlike the previous options, a SCORM, also known as a SCORM package, is a collection of files (HTML, JavaScript, multimedia, etc.) bundled together according to the SCORM specifications. SCORM files typically contain instructional content, such as courses, quizzes, or simulations, and are designed to track and report learners' interactions with the content, including progress, scores, and completion status.

They are created using authoring tools or specialized software that allows content creators to assemble and package their materials in a format compliant with SCORM standards.

To upload a SCORM package to Qualee, navigate to Tools > Courses and click Upload

Once uploaded, the course will now be made available for selection when delivering the content to your employees via Action or a Journeys.

TIP: SCORM courses are configurable in Qualee, allowing your team to modify the SCORM package's built-in configuration and overwrite them with the Qualee configuration.
