How to enable web engagement surveys in Qualee

Now that you are familiar with the concept of Engagement Survey in Qualee, this article will guide you on how you can configure the survey to be accessible by the employees in a Web Browser that require no login credentials.

How to enable Web Engagement Survey

  1. Log in to Qualee

  2. Navigate to Advanced > Scheduling

  3. Create a Schedule

  4. Toggle on the Enable web survey switch

  5. Click Save.

Note: Depending on your Cycle Start Date, the survey will be distributed in real-time or on the specified schedule. The distributed survey will be consisting of an Email notification to the employee participants containing a link to the Web Survey along with a Mobile App survey invitation. The employee participant have the option to either complete their survey via Web or via the native Qualee app.
