In this article, you will learn how to add forms to your Journeys in Qualee

There are two ways to add a form in a Journey step.
Select a pre-created template in the drop-down menu of a Form type step
Insert a URL generated from a created shareable form.
You may read our other article to see the difference between the two types of form.
Select a pre-created template
In your Journey, create a Form type step.
Next, click on "Select Template"
Note: If you haven't created a template via the Qualee-PandaDoc integration, the drop-down menu will be empty.
Click Save step
Proceed to the other steps that need to be created and publish the journey.
Insert a URL generated from a created shareable form
Unlike the other method, you don't necessarily have to select a Form type step.
You can insert a URL to any type of step with a description box.
To insert a Form URL:
Copy the web link from the created form in the Forms section
Note: Only published forms are viewable using the shareable URL
Open/Create a Journey
Choose the desired step type other than Form.
In the description box, highlight the text where the link will be inserted
Click the hyperlink icon on top of the description box
Paste the copied URL and click Save.
Proceed to the other steps that need to be created and publish the journey.
