What is Journey Dashboard & Reports
The Journey Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your employee Journeys. It shows key insights such as participation rates, progress, and completion status—helping you monitor how employees are engaging with their onboarding, training, or development Journeys.
The Journey Dashboard provides a powerful, real-time view of how your employees are progressing through their assigned Journeys. It helps you track critical data points such as:
Average Days to Begin – Understand how quickly employees are starting their Journeys after assignment.
Time to Complete – Measure how long it takes on average to complete a Journey, helping identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
Completion Rates – Monitor overall Journey completion rates or filter by a specific time period to spot trends or engagement dips.
Top Segments – Identify which employee groups, locations or gender are performing best, enabling targeted recognition or support.
You also gain breakdown insights over time, allowing you to view how Journey progress evolves week by week, month by month or year by year. This helps you make timely, informed decisions to optimize program effectiveness and boost employee experience.

By leveraging the Journey Dashboard you’re not just tracking data—you’re unlocking meaningful insights that help improve onboarding efficiency, drive engagement, and align employee development with business goals.
The Journey Dashboard is available in two viewing options to suit different needs:
By Company – Get a high-level overview of all Journeys across the organization.
By Journey – Dive into detailed, real-time insights for a specific Journey.
When using the By Journey view, you can monitor real-time progress for all participants in that Journey. This includes:
Participant Status – See exactly where each individual is within the Journey.
Volume at Each Step – Understand how many participants are at each stage.
Bottleneck Detection – Easily identify which steps may be causing delays or challenges.
Upcoming Participants – View those who are scheduled to begin soon, such as new hires or upcoming onboardees.

These views empower you to proactively manage the employee experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure every individual stays on track—resulting in a smoother, more consistent Journey for all.
Tip: Use filters to customize your Journey Dashboard view. You can narrow it down by specific Journeys, Journey creators, number of steps, or drill deeper to display targeted segments such as gender, location, department, teams, and more.
The Journey Reports gives you detailed data about each Journey and employee participants and understand how different groups are progressing. These insights help you make data-driven improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Tip: Use filters to refine the data and customize which columns are displayed, ensuring you see only the most relevant information in your report. Additionally, reports can be exported as CSV files for deeper analysis or to create your own visual dashboards or simply for documentation purposes.
