This article is written for Clients who have experience creating and assigning Journeys in Qualee.
If you are new to Qualee, we suggest that you read our Introduction to Journeys article before you proceed.
Another use case for the Qualee Journey other than preboarding, onboarding, learning, and offboarding, is that you can also use it to deliver a structured educational journey to third party partners.
Most businesses require certain processes to be followed and information to be submitted before a prospective partner becomes a stakeholder of their organisation.
This is normally done online through an exchange of emails, from reading partnership guidelines to filling out forms, answering questions, or submitting certifications and documents. Some may even require onsite/online seminars and training.
With Qualee, we can make the partner experience as seamless as possible through Journeys.
Creating a Qualee account for Partners:
Similar to the Employee Account creation process, you can create accounts for your partners either Manually or in Bulk via .csv file upload
Note: You can create a custom "Content Profiles" through the Library page exclusive to your prospective parners where you can add/upload information and document that you wish the partners to see. i.e. Partnership Guidelines, Checklist, Products and Services, SLA, etc.
Once you've filled out all partner information, in the Employment type field, please select Partner and proceed to save your work by clicking on Add employee.
Once a partner account is created, your partner will receive an automated email of their default username and password and a link to download the Qualee App.
Assigning a Journey to Partners
On the Journey Page, go to the Vendor Journey created and click on the ellipsis button and select Invite employees.
Next, type in the name(s) of the prospective partner(s) in the input field then click on Invite employees.
And that's it, Partners can now complete the assigned Journey via the Qualee App or via Web QR.
