Filtering Files in the Qualee Library

Filtering your files allows you to easily manage and view specific content based on certain filter conditions such as:

  • Name

  • File Name

  • Uploaded

  • Content Profile Name

Once filtered by your set condition it makes it easier for you to manage files that needs to be deleted, replaced or simply for viewing for administrative purposes.

Bulk delete Files in the Qualee Library

If you wish to delete multiple files at once, or after filtering by a certain condition, simply tick the boxes on the left side of each file and click on the delete button at the bottom right of the screen.

Note: If a file is being used in a Journey, a pop-up error would appear to inform you about it and prevent you from accidentally deleting the said file.
