Engagement Surveys in Qualee require minimal configuration such as Frequency schedule, volume of questions, engagement drivers , participants list and of course a title. 

Among this configuration, a Survey title plays a critical part of the overall success and effectiveness of the engagement survey process. It also allows your organization to initially communicate what the survey is about, or who the survey is intended for. 

For example, if you are creating Engagement Surveys for the Head of Division and at the same time the Immediate Managers of your workforce, it is crucial to make it clear that the survey they are responding to is about a specific management level and not in general. 

This helps set expectation, increase response rate, encourage honest and clear responses hence prevent response misalignment and confusion.

In Qualee your Engagement Survey title, along with the other relevant information such as number of questions and time to complete, are visible in the Survey introduction.
