How to apply secondary filters to your eNPS Reports in Qualee

In Qualee, we made data reporting comprehensive by allowing our clients to not only display actionable data but to also drill down on specific segments to fully understand the areas of success and improvement opportunities.

Below is a sample report from Qualee:

You can drill down on the data presented by using our Filter feature on each of the report types you generate.

To filter eNPS reports data

  1. Login to Qualee

  2. Go to Reports > Dashboard

  3. Choose the type of Report you wish to drill down

  4. Click on Filter and choose a segment

Other than the primary filters of which data to display, reports can be filtered by the following segment using the Filters feature located on the upper right menu:

  • Location

  • Team

  • Gender

  • Department

Depending on which primary filter you will be choosing, you can add secondary filters to display a more granular data to suite your reporting needs.

Sample use case # 1

  • Primary Report via Heatmap displaying all countries in the company

  • Add a secondary filter by Gender i.e. Female only

This use case will show you all countries but with the condition to only show data and scores provided by female employees.

Sample use case #2

  • Primary Report via Boards displaying all departments in the company

  • Add a secondary filter by Teams

This use case will show you all your departments but with the condition to only show data of a selected team.
